This programme was performed in Reigate on 20th March 2004, and repeated at Sint Antoniuskerk in Aalst on 2nd May 2004. A modified version was given again the following day at the Cathedral of Sint Michel and Sint Gudule in Brussels, performing only the items marked (*).
